In 2018 a local primary school known to our family ran an experiment where they had a class where pedometers for a week. They had a blast and were excited to see their own data measure their physical activity and provide engaging new ways to learn about health and even maths! The only issue is that all the data was being stored in a spreadsheet and this soon became a major headache.
Fast forward a few years and we have Moki, a wearable physical activity tracker and app designed specifically for and with schools.
The Moki community now includes over 1,300 schools and has recorded more than 10 Billion steps!
